Monster Type would be anything like Dragon, Zombie, Machine, etc..

Picture Type would be Normal, Effect, Fusion, Ritual, Synchro, or Xyz. If it were a normal card, then you would leave that part blank unless you were going to make a Fusion, Ritual, Synchro, or Xyz monster without an effect.

Card Type would be either Gemini, Spirit, Toon, Tuner, or Union.

Lore would be the card text or effect that a card has.

Card type would be anything like Equip, Quickplay, Continuous, etc..

If it is none of the special types of Spell/Traps, then you would just leave that part saying if it is a Spell or Trap Card.
