Both these decks are pretty good, you just need some fine tuning which I can hopefully help you with.

One card I think you really should add to both decks is Pot of Duality.
It provides free consistency to any deck which doesn't rely heavily on
special summons, which neither of your decks does.

You certainly seem to have a love for smashing ground and mind control. They are both good cards but I think there is even better things you can switch them out for in both decks.

Very few decks can reliably run Mind Control nowadays and is not as OP as it once were. The problem is that many ppl ends their turn with an xyz, something you normally can't do much with if you mind control it in a standard deck. Also if you don't run a lot of synchro summoning support you won't be able to do much with the opponents monsters if they are a different level than yours.

Smashing Ground however faces tough competition from soul taker as a side deck card.

As for using it in the main deck I would really only advice it in a deck where you gain advantage by attacking your opponent directly (for example with a card such as atlantean marksman) and really need to get rid of the opponents monster.

Especially in blackwings it doesn't make much sense to use smashing ground. For one a common way of grinding card advantage is to attack over monsters with shura. Also you already have reliable spot destruction in form of Icarus Attack and you also have Kalut to get over monsters with high attack. Adding smashing ground certainly seems like overkill, don't you think?

Using more trap cards gives you more options to respond to your opponents plays. I think this would be a better idea than using Smashing Ground + Mind Control in both decks.

Also instead of Tour Guide in the Blackwing deck I would really like to see a couple of more blackwings instead. It will both be appreciated by your other blackwing cards as well as your 3x Icarus attack.

While Tour Guide is a very good standalone card it doesn't communicate very well with the rest of the deck, something which more blackwing cards would.

Hopefully this will prove to be somewhat of a help! :]

If you need to get over an opponents monster, you should start with adding the third Kalut! It wasn't limited once for nothing.

As for what you can replace Smashing Ground/Mind Control/Tour Guide with, there is a lot of good options.

I would also consider cutting 1-2 MST since you already have plenty removal with 3x Icarus Attack.

I'll write down a couple of options for your deck, pick whichever ones you personally like the best.

    Monsters:
    Gorz the Emissary of Darkness
    Maxx "C"
    Blackwing - Zephyros the Elite
Blackwing - Vayu the Emblem of Honor
    Blackwing - Kochi the Daybreak
3rd Blackwing - Kalut the Moon Shadow
1-2 Blackwing - Blizzard the Far North
3rd Blackwing - Bora the Spear

    Spells:
    Heavy Storm
    Book of Moon
    Forbidden Chalice
    Forbidden Lance

    Traps:
    Fiendish Chain
    Breakthrough Skill
    Dimensional Prison
    Mirror Force
    Compulsory Evacuation Device
    Memory of an Adversary
    Starlight Road
    Dark Bribe
    The Huge Revolution is Over
    Call of the Haunted

Since you apparently don't draw Icarus attack, you're certainly gonna be missing the MST's!
It also depends on how much and what kind of backrow your opponent plays.

I often like to create a middle ground for my spell/trap removal to not have so many dead cards against fast decks such as Elemental Dragons which usually doesn't run a backrow. Especially in blackwings since I often want my opponent to use their Bottomless, D-prison etc. on my monsters so I can chain my set Icarus Attack.

However using 3x MST is also respectable, being more ready for decks with very heavy backrow. It's also really good against stuff like Dragunity, Mermail and Fire Fist which hates to have their Ravine/Sphere/Tenki MST:ed.
