    In order to make this academy official, we need to recruit more members. Whenever you duel somebody on Dueling Network, you can invite them to the academy, no matter how skilled they are. We are open to everybody and can handle any problems that may become of it.

    If you have other means of getting people to join, go right ahead and do that as long as you won't get into too much trouble from it. Please do not advertise on other academies where it is not allowed.
